Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type:

Full-time, Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a fast-paced ER setting.
• Float to other hospital departments as needed to support patient care.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver coordinated emergency services.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department tele experience.
• At least 1 year of recent travel nursing experience.
• Valid MA registered nurse license.
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications through AHA.
• Flu vaccination required upon onboarding (declinations not accepted).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in varied hospital environments.
• Ability to float between departments confidently.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Compliance Notes:

• BILH coversheet required at submission.
• Must be separated from previous roles for a minimum of 6 months.
• Biweekly guaranteed hours: 72 hours (excluding on-call time).
• 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend required.
• Contract includes biweekly orientation.

Note: Candidates are expected to work the 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. shift, with potential to float to Beverly if necessary.
