Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare plans
• Monitor, assess, and document patients' health status and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
• Educate residents and family members regarding health conditions and care instructions
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of South Dakota
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
