Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a 19-bed Critical Access Hospital.
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care in the emergency department.
- Collaborate with medical staff to prioritize and manage acute cases.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana.
- Proven experience working in an emergency room setting.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, acute care situations.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a small, rural hospital setting.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
