Job Title

• Full-time, temporary, night shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Document patient status and care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Record system.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure resident well-being.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Support residents with daily activities and provide compassionate care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Kansas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Proficiency with PCC electronic medical records system.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with IV therapy is not required but helpful.
• Prior experience with high resident care ratios (e.g., approximately 3.5 residents per day).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
