Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed; may float between units
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient recovery
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume rehab environment
- Familiarity with short-term rehabilitation and outpatient services
- Flexibility to float between units as needed
