Job Title
• LVN / LPN - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies.
• Monitor and document patient conditions using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Follow established protocols for emergencies and resident safety.
• Complete orientation and ongoing training specific to the facility's procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Experience with electronic medical records (PCC preferred).
• IV Certification (IV-C) preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Weekend and holiday availability on a rotating basis.
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
• Familiarity with PCC or similar EMR systems.
• Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
