Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Monitor patient health and document observations accurately in the electronic medical record (PCC).
• Administer medications and IV therapy as required, with IV-C certification preferred for LVNs/LPNs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure safety standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facility care preferred.
• Knowledge of PCC electronic medical records system.
• IV-C certification (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain high-quality patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting.
