Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality acute care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities
- Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards
- Float to multiple campus locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio or compact state nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work night shifts
- Willingness to float across multiple campuses
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Travel experience in ICU nursing
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
