Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention.
- Document patient treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proven knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or acute care settings.
- Familiarity with modern physical therapy equipment and technology.
