Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, treatments, and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Massachusetts.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric or geriatric patients is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and modalities.
• Bilingual skills are an advantage.
