Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and acute inpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress in EMR.
• Treat patients with conditions such as post-surgical orthopedics, neurological issues, chronic pain, radiculopathy, and pediatrics.
• Cover outpatient settings primarily, with occasional inpatient weekend rotations.
• Collaborate with a team of managers, lead therapists, and rehab aides to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to department policies including dress code and orientation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license or initiation of license application.
• Graduation from an accredited university with a PT degree (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate).
• BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a negative drug screen (OSF is a Drug-Free Campus).
• Strong documentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and accountability in clinical duties.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pelvic floor therapy (PFMD) or lymphedema certification is a significant plus.
• Prior experience in acute inpatient and outpatient settings.
• EMR proficiency and excellent communication skills.
