Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Assess patients' physical conditions and progress through evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Provide patient and family education on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Monitor and adjust therapy interventions based on patient response.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in rehabilitative therapy and patient care.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy areas (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics).
