Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients with diverse neurological, pediatric, geriatric, or other health conditions.
• Implement treatment plans designed by licensed occupational therapists to improve patients' self-care, mobility, and functional independence.
• Operate and assist with advanced therapy equipment, including custom splinting stations, therapy pools, and specialized treatment tools.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized patient care.
• Support outpatient therapy sessions in adult and pediatric settings, ensuring quality and therapist-driven treatment.

Required Qualifications
• Current, unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient therapy or acute care settings.
• Familiarity with modern rehabilitation equipment and therapy techniques.
