Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients to improve their daily functioning
- Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to support recovery and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to all relevant safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy license for the state of Maine
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program
- Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and documentation standards
