Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an urgent care or outpatient setting.
- Assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow compliance protocols, including mandatory BLS and MA licensure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current MA Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification through AHA.
- Minimum of 2 years of urgent care or ambulatory care experience.
- Ability to work days on an on-site basis.
- Must have separated from previous employment for at least 6 months.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or urgent care settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
