Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Johns Island, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, temporary, 8-week assignment, daytime shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced ER setting
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and update patient records using electronic health records system
• Respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and appropriate interventions
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to provide education and support during critical moments
• Work within established clinical protocols and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in South Carolina or multi-state/compact license
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, and TNCCT certifications (American Heart Association approved)
• Comfortable working 3x12-hour shifts during the week, every other weekend work preferred
• Ability to adapt to floating within scope to meet facility needs (not required to float between facilities)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a stand-alone emergency department setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
