Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the ICU, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Assess patients upon admission, including medical history, vital signs, lab work, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans under physician supervision.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including wearing navy blue scrubs and availability for holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- BLS certification; ACLS certification required.
- NIHSS recommended.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, mathematical, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in medical terminology.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in ICU, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
