Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient nursing care to adult hematology and oncology patients in a clinic setting.
• Perform phlebotomy, patient assessments, and patient education.
• Assist with procedures such as central line care, bone marrow biopsies, and vaccinations.
• Manage patient scheduling for infusions and facilitate phone triage.
• Collaborate with hematology teams to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or hematology.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Own stethoscope needed for daily use.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with adult hematology, both malignant and benign conditions.
• Knowledge of outpatient clinic operations, including EPIC electronic health records.
• Additional certifications such as ONS, BMTCN, or OCN are a plus but not required.
