Registered Nurse - NICU

Location: Lubbock, TX

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Float between units, including PICU or pediatric units, as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to float assignments across pediatric units.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center or Children's Hospital.
• Familiarity with neonatal advanced procedures.
• Excellent team collaboration skills.
