Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: Lubbock, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
• Float between NICU and potentially PICU or pediatric units as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow all hospital protocols and procedures for neonatal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
• Valid RN license.
• Ability to float between units, including PICU and pediatric units, if needed.
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and patient management.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a children's hospital or pediatric trauma center.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with varying patient needs.
