Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine, PET, and theranostic procedures under physician supervision.
- Follow established protocols to ensure accurate diagnostic testing for both ambulatory and hospital patients.
- Assist in diagnosing disease and injury through specialized laboratory procedures.
- Maintain and operate nuclear medicine equipment in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Document and report test results accurately, ensuring quality control.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines related to nuclear medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT-N) or
- Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience performing nuclear medicine, PET, or theranostic procedures.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
