Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a clinical setting.
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic techniques and assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a similar clinical setting.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
