Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Plymouth, MA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 12-hour evening shifts (3:00 PM – 3:30 AM), mid shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care accurately using the electronic medical record system
• Demonstrate ability to perform under stressful situations and prioritize urgent needs

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license for Massachusetts
• Emergency Room experience required
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Ability to demonstrate clinically competent assessment and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with EPIC EMR system

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous emergency department technician or paramedic experience
• TNCC certification highly preferred
• MAB (Massachusetts Advanced Behavioral) certification preferred
• Certification in ENPC or PALS advantageous

Notes:

• All candidates must pass required ECG/Tele test and medications test prior to acceptance. Tests are administered via Zoom within 48 hours of offer and require at least an 85% passing score.
• Immediate start available; orientation occurs biweekly on 08/11, 08/25, etc.
• No local travelers or candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be accepted.
• Candidates must have been separated from this facility for at least six months if previously employed there.
