Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

• Anchorage, AK
Schedule / Job Type
• 13-week travel assignment, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide bedside care to medical, surgical, and oncology patients in a 28-bed unit
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Use Epic EMR system to document patient care activities
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols
Required Qualifications
• Active Alaska RN license (must be included in submission)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Nurse Qualification with NIH certification
• Experience with bedside procedures at the Med/Surg level
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Certification or experience in chemotherapy administration
• ACLS certification
• Experience with Alaris Pump and Pyxis medication system
