Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, rotating shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (days and nights)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients on a hospital unit.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, ECG rhythms, and other clinical data.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, adhering to all regulatory and facility policies.
• Complete required assessments and documentation accurately in electronic health records.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of current and permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments.
• Ohio license or valid compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent travel experience in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry specialty.
• Flexibility to work at least every other holiday.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and patient care procedures.
