- Full-time, Night shifts, Contract (13 weeks)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and IV therapies, including IV placement.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, ambulating, and feeding.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Alaska Registered Nursing License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Team-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification.
- Telehealth knowledge or experience.
- Certified in chemotherapy administration.
