Job Title
- Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, full-time, including weekends and holidays, with potential overtime rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, treatments, and medication administration for long-term care residents
- Communicate pertinent information to MD/NP and assist with admitting and discharging patients
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP therapy
- Maintain accurate documentation and notification protocols according to facility standards
- Follow assigned shift schedule, including days, evenings, and night shifts on a rotating basis
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii Registered Nurse license active or to be obtained prior to start date
- Current nursing license in the state of Hawaii
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Experience with long-term care or SNF settings preferred
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with wound care, ventilator care, or specialty procedures such as gastrostomy and urinary catheter management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
