Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests across multiple disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, blood bank, serology, microbiology, and phlebotomy.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain proper documentation and quality control procedures in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with laboratory team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting across multiple testing disciplines.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality assurance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with blood banking and microbiology testing.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems.
