Job Title

• Full-time, Night shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality patient care in a Telemetry unit during 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform and pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests during onboarding within the specified timeframe.
• Float to similar units and overflow areas as needed, maintaining flexibility in assignment locations.
• Document and adhere to hospital protocols, including critical path management and medication administration.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience.
• Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam on the first attempt.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS certification required.
• Demonstrated professional development activities related to nursing.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of critical pathways.
