Schedule / Job Type: Day shifts / Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress, treatment details, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and treatment goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license or certification in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum of a relevant degree in occupational therapy or related field.
• Ability to evaluate and treat a diverse patient population.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare software or documentation systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in critical access or rural facilities.
• Knowledge of pediatric, adult, or geriatric therapy techniques.
• Experience working in Hawaii or with diverse populations is a plus.
