Key Responsibilities
• Ensure proper sterilization and processing of surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Maintain compliance with healthcare cleanliness and safety standards
• Handle sterilization equipment and monitor sterilization processes
• Document and track sterilization procedures accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet operational needs
Required Qualifications
• Active certification as a Sterile Processing Technician prior to start date
• Ability to work scheduled 8-hour shifts, including rotating day and evening shifts
• Willingness to work consecutive weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a hospital or surgical setting
• Knowledge of sterilization equipment and procedures
• Familiarity with healthcare safety and compliance standards
