Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care through one-on-one therapy sessions in a outpatient setting.
- Conduct evaluations, scheduling 14 per week, with treatments filling remaining time.
- Perform chart reviews twice daily for 8-hour shifts, or three times daily for 10-hour shifts.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs.
- Participate in orientation, including Epic EMR training and department onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or pending license acceptance.
- Ability to commit to 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- Willingness to work full or part-time, with flexibility for schedules.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working in outpatient or orthopedic neuro settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Epic, is beneficial.
