Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing patient-centered therapy services
- Implement treatment plans and documentation under supervision
- Support patient mobility, daily living activities, and therapy goals
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- State licensure or registration as required by Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a residential or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health records
