- Full-time, Contract position, 3 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric and behavioral health nursing care in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patients’ mental health status and respond to their needs effectively.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards within the healthcare facility.
- Work scheduled shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing.
- Ability to work evening shifts in an outpatient environment.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a mental health outpatient setting.
- Knowledge of psychiatric treatment protocols and medications.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
