Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient function and independence.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patients' overall care plans.
• Adhere to all facility policies and state licensing regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license for the state of Wyoming.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete compliance and credentialing requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Recent graduation is acceptable.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols, including COVID-19 testing and documentation.
