Job Title

• Full-time, contractual, 4x10 hour shifts, days

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily X-ray scans, in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure quality image acquisition.
• Maintain patient comfort and communicate effectively throughout procedures.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff to support patient diagnosis and care.
• Self-schedule shifts based on seniority, with availability for weekend coverage as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Valid California state radiologic technologist license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology.
• Ability to work independently and handle a caseload of 30-35 scans per shift.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to varying shift schedules.
