Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Contract, 12-hour night shifts, evenings and overnights, 3 shifts per week (36 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to emergency room patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow all hospital policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (must be active at time of submission).
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• ACLS certification (AHA).
• PALS or ENPC certification.
• Must utilize Meditech EMR system.
• No local travelers; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Willing to interview and work in Plymouth, MA.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification.
• MAB certification.

Additional Notes

• Travel and working hours are nights, with specific shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Requests for time off (RTO) must be presented at the time of application.
• Candidates who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health within the past year will not be considered unless separated for at least one year.
• Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly hours; does not include on-call time.
