Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide obstetrical care for patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.
- Manage patient care in a comprehensive LDRP care model across a dedicated 17-bed unit.
- Circulate in the operating room for Cesarean sections and assist with procedures such as D&Cs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes during labor and postpartum.
- Follow all unit protocols and maintain compliance with certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of obstetrical nursing experience.
- Active BLS, FHM, AWHONN Beginner, and NRP certifications.
- IN-state license or appropriate certification in hand.
- Confident in managing labor, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a comparable obstetrical or L&D setting.
- Ability to circulate for C-section procedures.
