Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to general patient population.
• Deliver approximately 12-14 patient visits per day, with double booking of follow-ups.
• Maintain a productivity rate of 60 visits per week.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours.
• Ensure therapy plans are approved by the director prior to exceeding standard hours.
• Collaborate with the team to support patient recovery and functional goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with a productivity standard of 60 visits/week.
• Experience or willingness to work with orthopedic patient populations.
• Must be able to work day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Recent graduates are not preferred; prior licensed experience required.
• Experience working in a team environment and managing a high patient volume.
