Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shift, 4 shifts per week, on call as required
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their families
- Demonstrate clinical judgment by recognizing and reporting changes in patient condition
- Participate in maintaining a safe and positive workplace environment through professional communication
- Complete accurate and complete medical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Proficiency in moderate sedation
- Experience in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures nursing
- Knowledge or certification in Cardiac and ICU services, including cath lab and stepdown units
- Experience working in a variety of inpatient settings such as ICU, Progressive Care, and ER
