- Full-time, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Monitor critically ill patients and respond to their medical needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health records.
- Adapt to various unit needs, floating between different ICU units as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in ICU or critical care preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a Level II Trauma or Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Familiarity with Epic charting system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
