Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), approximately 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ED environment
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and coordinate with healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols
- Monitor patient progress and document care activities accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the emergency department
Required Qualifications
- Active IN or Compact Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- Ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Willingness to work at either Marion or Gas City locations
- Previous travel experience preferred

- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
