Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

Location
• Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting during night shifts
• Monitor patients closely, including telemetry and ventilator management
• Administer medications, IVs, and specialized procedures as required
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the EPIC system
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond to emergent situations such as respiratory failure, sepsis, or cardiac arrest

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical ICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC documentation system
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and AHA certifications
• Skilled in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Experience with ventilators and specialized ICU equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience in ICU settings
• Knowledge of multisystem organ failure, COVID-19 care, and complex critical conditions
• Experience with NxStage CRRT, Alaris IV pumps, and advanced cardiac monitoring
