Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions impacting mobility and functional independence
• Provide specialized care across a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological, women's health, lymphedema, and wheelchair fitting
• Assist in the recovery process utilizing advanced equipment such as underwater treadmills and specialized gyms
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Travel to multiple care points within the facility to provide consistent patient care
Required Qualifications
• Unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Ability to travel within care locations as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in acute care or outpatient therapy settings
• Knowledge of advanced rehabilitation equipment and techniques
