- Full-time, 4x10-day shifts per week, contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) department.
- Administer treatments and monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cardiac care.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records.
- Participate in on-call duties, including weekends and one day per week.
- Float within scope to other units such as EP or IRO as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand for immediate consideration.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, with on-call availability.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Magnet hospital or Level II Trauma facility.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system.
- Availability for block scheduling preferred but not required.
