Key Responsibilities
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures, ensuring smooth operation of OR activities.
• Collaborate effectively with the entire surgical team to prioritize patient safety and care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in surgical technical skills, including sterile processing, endoscopy, and materials management.
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and uphold sterile conscience throughout all procedures.
• Ensure all necessary surgical equipment and supplies are prepared and available prior to procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot electro-surgical, diagnostic, video, and specialty-specific equipment safely and effectively.

Required Qualifications
• Certification as an Operating Room Surgical Technician is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in orthopedic surgery is required.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a surgical care environment with a focus on sterile technique.
• Knowledge of endoscopy and materials management within surgical settings.
