Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary assignment
- Nights shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting
- Float to Medical/Surgical Telemetry and other units as needed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort through vigilant monitoring and intervention
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Vermont
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS certifications required; NIHSS must be completed prior to start
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a registered nurse
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR within the past 2 years
- Teaching hospital experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PCCN or orthopedic certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different units
- Strong communication and patient care skills
