Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide circulating nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology suite
- Document procedures accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff during cardiac procedures
- Respond to on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays as required
- Maintain compliance with safety and procedural standards during all interventions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand
- Experience in circulating and documenting during cardiac procedures
- AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with acceptable scores
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior stable employment in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting before travel assignments
- Experience working with on-call rotations and holiday coverage
