Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, travel position, 13-week duration, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Progressive Care Unit/IMC/Stepdown setting for a 16-bed unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following hospital protocols
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure proper use of medical equipment and maintain compliance with safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a similar setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in PCU or stepdown units
- Knowledge of Meditech EMR system
