• Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs
• Float to different locations as needed, including weekly assignments to Skyline
• Document patient progress and update treatment records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapist license or equivalent certification in the United States
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with travel and floating between facilities as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in multiple settings or facilities
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and protocols
• Ability to adapt to different environments and patient needs
